Chef Elvis is responsible for leading & mentoring our kitchen staff. Ensuring a positive work environment while delivering food quality, consistency & a positive dining experience for our customers. With 15 plus years of experience in the restaurant industry Elvis ensures proper food handling & safety.
Chef Marlon controls all aspects of food preparation, ensuring a smooth running kitchen. He maintains fresh high food quality, presentation, taste & hygiene. He thrives for creating an unforgettable positive dining experience by overseeing service & overall kitchen operations. With 25 plus years in the food industry, this has been a dream of his to own a restaurant. His love stems from expressing his creativity through his dishes & being able to share it with others.
